Can you produce under our own brand?
Yes. Private label is the majority of our export business — your logo on the product, the retail box and the manual, with your model naming.
What is the minimum order quantity?
It depends on the platform and how far the specification moves from our standard build. Tell us the model and the changes, and we will state the MOQ in writing with the quotation.
Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Standard models can usually be shipped as samples from stock; customised versions require a sample charge and a development period, both quoted up front.
Do you handle certification for our market?
We prepare units and documentation for the approvals your market requires. The exact certificate list for a given model is confirmed in writing with the quotation.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
Terms are agreed per order and confirmed in the proforma invoice, including the port of loading and the Incoterm.
