Motors, blades, PCBA, power cords and plastics checked against specification before they enter the line.
Electrical safety, balance and function checks at each assembly station, with defects pulled at the station rather than at the end.
Finished units run continuously to catch early motor, bearing and electronics failures.
AQL sampling on function, appearance, packaging and labelling before the container is sealed.
Documentation
Compliance files are prepared per destination market. Which approvals a given model carries depends on the version you order, so we confirm the certificate list in writing with each quotation rather than listing logos on a website.
